Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional care to our residents
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and service

Requirements:
  • Experience in caring for older people
  • Previous management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Passionate about delivering first-class care and making a positive difference in the lives of others
