The successful candidate will be a proven manager who can confidently demonstrate effective leadership and management, putting care and residents first.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional care to our residents
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and service
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Embed a culture of compassion, empathy and respect within the home
- Experience in caring for older people
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Passionate about delivering first-class care and making a positive difference in the lives of others
