About the Role:We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sports sponsorship and client services. As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our client's scope of work, including project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of seven to deliver high-quality results for our clients
- Oversee project management, budgeting, and team leadership to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of partnership rights and benefits
- Manage complex budgets and financials, including client communications and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to grow agency scope and income at a central or regional level
