Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in High Peak, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
