Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with day-to-day care and rehabilitation programs, promoting their quality of life and independence.
  • Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage clients to participate in local community activities and events, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client care and progress.
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Reliable and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure, with a strong commitment to client-centered care.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or spinal cord injuries.
  • Knowledge of personal care and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
