Community Support Worker

Fosse Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management and meal preparation
  • Supporting individuals with community-based activities and outings
  • Accurately recording and reporting individual's needs and progress
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals
