About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Support Worker to join our team at VP Forensic. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health issues, and Learning disabilities in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, domestic responsibilities, and attending appointments
  • Provide cognitive and behavioral support using effective management strategies
  • Assist with the administration and management of medication
  • Facilitate access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home
  • Maintain daily records

Requirements:

  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to make a difference to our clients

What We Offer:
