Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage offshore cable installation plans for wind farm projects
  • Ensure efficient procurement, budget control, and coordination of construction activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with offshore cable installation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Master Mariner, or related fields
  • Experience in offshore wind farm development and construction projects
  • Familiarity with tendering and contracts for subsea cable installation
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Desirable skills: international business experience, understanding of contracts used in offshore construction, familiarity with managing cable installation vessels
