Job Title: Senior Offshore Installation Manager

Location: Hybrid

Client: Leading Global Green Energy Major

Assignment Length: ASAP to 31-Jul-2026

Contract Type: 5 Days a week - Monday to Friday



**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and recommend offshore installation, logistics concepts, and installation procedures prior to and during installation.

* Collaborate with Package and Contract Manager to tender, negotiate, and recommend installation contracts.

* Manage offshore installation contractor and MWS, ensuring cross-discipline cooperation within the project team.

* Review contractor's delivery and own review of method statements and risk assessments.



**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Set up and implement HAZID/HAZOP for installation design and offshore installation operations.

* Supervise installation campaign initiation offshore.

* Manage Client's Representatives and QA Daily Progress Report.

* Create, monitor, and control execution of Design Quality (Reporting) and QAS, aligning input from Supplier quality.

* Manage product NCR.

* Possess knowledge of array cable installation, cable load out, cable laying, cable pulling, and cable protection systems.



**About the Role:**

This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise in offshore installation management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in wind energy installation and will be able to analyze and recommend installation concepts and procedures.
