Venues NSW is a leading agency of the NSW Government, responsible for managing a network of stadiums and entertainment centres across Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Wollongong.

Our Network

Our network of stadiums and entertainment centres hosts over 5 million people annually, hosting more than 500 events. We take an integrated approach to our stadia and entertainment centres, developing partnerships with sporting codes, the entertainment and event industry, audiences, local businesses, NSW Government agencies, and community groups.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and connectivity of our IT networks across multiple major stadiums and entertainment centres in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and secure complex network infrastructure
  • Contribute to the overall success of events and enhance spectator experiences
  • Support critical operations within the venues

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in networking and troubleshooting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across all precincts within the network and with different hiring partners
