About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Revoco. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our internal networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our internal networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VLAN configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement network security measures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network infrastructure and security.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Solid understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
  • Strong understanding of office networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good appreciation for system and network security.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize your own workload.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical information to staff with different levels of technical ability.
