Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol the resort and hotel premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Provide security support and guidance to all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Control and manage the hotel key system to ensure secure access to guest rooms and restricted areas
  • Monitor and respond to CCTV system alerts to prevent and investigate security incidents
  • Liaise with local authorities and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents
  • Assist in preventing theft and damage to our premises and assets
  • Handle and defuse difficult situations with guests, staff, and external parties

Requirements

  • Previous corporate security, police, or armed forces experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and external parties
  • Basic computer literacy knowledge to operate security systems and software
  • A strong commitment to customer care, safety, and security
  • SIA license is desirable, but we will provide training for the right candidate
  • A full UK driving license is essential for patrolling the resort and hotel premises
