Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Governance to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB (104). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Governance team and ensuring the corporate governance framework and processes of the organisation are effective and well-run.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the highest levels of corporate governance throughout the organisation.
  • Act as an expert advisor and support to the Director of Corporate Governance, the Executive team, and the Board of Directors on issues relating to corporate governance.
  • Manage the Governance team, with a number of direct reports, and ensure the team delivers to the highest standards of corporate governance.
  • Develop the team and lead on best practice in corporate governance.
