About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing business, maintaining good client relationships, and maximizing revenues and profitability within customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts to set and implement policies that maximize revenue and profitability on an international basis.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Project Management: Ensure that a Project Manager is allocated to each project and take direction from the Project Manager on issues that relate to the achievement of plan.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, create contact reports and quotations, and ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks and report major risks (and opportunities) to the Managing Director and the board.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience within Account Management.
  • Retail and POS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail and POS systems.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility of working hours and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
