We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Complex Care Services in Longsight, Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality care standards in line with our quality standards and the Home's Statement of Purpose.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our young people.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care is essential, and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is preferred.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A full UK driving license.
