Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting women with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a therapeutic environment that fosters recovery and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans, ensuring the unique needs of each service user are met.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
