Mental Health Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team in Knowsley, Merseyside. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who require support with serious and enduring mental health conditions, complex care and support needs, and their families and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality social work services to individuals and their families
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Support individuals to access community resources and services
- Contribute to the development of the team and service
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a passion for mental health
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
