About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with insurance quotes for taxi insurance
  • Handle midterm enquiries and renewals
  • Retain current clients to ensure high retention at renewal stage
  • Build strong rapport with customers through excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Identify and assess customer needs, working to deliver good outcomes for our customers
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls to customers
  • Maximise targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Confident communicator with good sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to have authentic and engaging conversations with customers
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
