Job Title: Account Coordinator - Automotive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team at our client's automotive factory in Woking. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending shift meetings, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our temporary workforce, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties and promoting a positive working environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Utilize Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, right to work checks, and candidate registrations.

About You:

We are looking for a team player with experience in customer service, Excel, and Outlook. You should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be happy to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and the temporary workforce.
