Position Overview:
A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled Estate Caretaker and Maintenance Specialist to oversee general upkeep and maintenance for a prestigious estate. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mechanical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing and maintaining the functionality of plant rooms.
2. Conducting repairs and maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
3. Performing carpentry work as needed.
4. Assisting with the care of family pets.
5. Running errands and managing miscellaneous tasks around the estate.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently while also being a team player. A flexible and accommodating attitude is essential.

Additional Information:
- A valid driver's license is required, and a vehicle will be provided during working hours.
- This position does not involve gardening duties.
- The work schedule consists of a 5-day week, totaling 40 to 45 hours.
- Compensation is competitive, with a salary range based on experience.
