Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in Chelmsford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial planning department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications and assist with suitability reports
- Book client reviews and support the advisors
- Deal with incoming calls and emails
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
Requirements:
- Experience or understanding of financial processes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organized
- Strong IT skills
