Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in Chelmsford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial planning department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and assist with suitability reports
  • Book client reviews and support the advisors
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

  • Experience or understanding of financial processes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Strong IT skills
