About the Role:
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrator to join our team. We seek a highly driven individual with a robust administrative background, a meticulous approach, and exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset to fulfill stakeholder needs.
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic abilities are crucial, as you will engage with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, providing administrative assistance to the Faculty's Executive Team and supporting our strategic objectives within the Dean's Office Team.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in independently managing administrative tasks, utilizing initiative, and meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of precision. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Experience in serving as secretary for various committees is also beneficial. A background in supporting the management of academic offense investigations would be advantageous. Candidates should be educated to degree level or possess equivalent qualifications, and be proficient in IT with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the high standards of customer service within the Faculty.
