Job Title: Account ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and retention across our client base, with a focus on expanding existing contracts and increasing subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities- Expand existing contracts from 1 year to 3 or 5 years, increasing revenue and customer loyalty.
- Increase the number of subscriptions among our clients, highlighting additional certifications and services that Propel can offer.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing those that require more attention and tailoring your approach to each client's needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Propel.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and demos to increase spend with existing clients.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Experience working with mid-market accounts and a strong understanding of the Infosec space.
- Ability to make a significant impact and adapt to multiple roles and responsibilities.
