About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner Officer to join our Marketing and Communications Directorate at De Montfort University Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our faculties in delivering their business requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with faculty teams to understand their diverse range of business needs and subject portfolio
  • Develop and manage positive stakeholder relationships, including the ability to influence and persuade colleagues
  • Commission work across the organisation to deliver high-quality marketing and recruitment solutions
  • Utilise data and insight to monitor and evaluate performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team to support faculty marketing and recruitment needs
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with experience in creating and delivering innovative marketing and recruitment solutions, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. A good awareness of the UK and overseas student markets is essential, as is the ability to analyse and prioritise user requirements and stakeholder needs.
