We're seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, capable of maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a Procurement Category Plan that ensures best value from partners, conducting spend and market analysis, engaging with both stakeholders and suppliers, leading tender processes, and drafting contract templates for both existing and new needs.

A typical day might see you collaborating with the local marketing team in Italy to reshape our creative agency model, negotiating media agency commission rates, and running a Request for Information (RFI) to find agencies that can guide our brand identity and tone of voice.

Requirements of the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Procurement Category Plan that ensures best value from partners
  • Conduct spend and market analysis to inform procurement decisions
  • Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Lead tender processes to secure best value for easyJet
  • Draft contract templates for both existing and new needs
