Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Paul Dollins Limited. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing accounts from a variety of client records, including VAT returns, Year End Accounts, general bookkeeping, and Tax Returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts from client records, including VAT returns and Year End Accounts
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
- Assist with Tax Returns and other financial reporting
- Partner with our accounting software, Xero, to ensure accurate and efficient financial management
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
- Ability to prepare accounts from a variety of client records
- Technical competence on computers, with training provided on our specific systems
