Financial Expertise Wanted

PKF Francis Clark is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, identifying slow-moving accounts, and escalating them for case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process credit card payments, set up direct debit payment plans, and facilitate alternative payment arrangements
  • Support the identification of receipts to invoices and credit notes
  • Help set credit limits to manage client exposure
  • Act as an ambassador for the finance department and assist other areas of the central finance team as required
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a credit control environment
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good administration, planning, organizing, and time management skills
  • A working knowledge of debt collection escalation procedures
  • Competent using MS Word and Outlook with the ability to learn new software
