About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Liaise. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external organizations to deliver exceptional support.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
  • Effective decision-making and judgment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Achievement of all Health & Safety standards, prioritizing the safety of individuals and staff.
