Job Summary:
Tata Steel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and act as the principal contact for the interface between the business and key customers in respect of regular commercial, technical, financial, and logistical support activity.
- Oversee the day-to-day deployment of agreed strategies and tactics for a portfolio of customers and monitor performance against a number of specific KPIs.
- Top-line delivery of a sales plan, negotiating within agreed parameters.
- Develop and execute account plans for customers where required.
- Develop effective and clear commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements, taking responsibility for driving the implementation and delivery of these.
- Identify opportunities, value propositions, methods of communication with customers and prospects across the customer base and the whole of the Sector.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- A proven track record of building long-lasting relationships.
- The ability to carry out and prioritize business analyses.
