Team Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Support Administrator to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and be proficient in using computer software programs.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients department, providing clerical support, and facilitating effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily and monthly management information reports and share insights on monthly broker performance
  • Process expense claims and invoices
  • Sort agency queries and changes
  • Coordinate events to build external relationships
  • Communicate with clients on the phone and in person
  • Database management, setting up new joiners and starters
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing supplies, ordering stationery, and assisting with the office business continuity plan
Requirements
  • Ability to work hard and adapt to different ways of doing things while staying calm under pressure
  • Experience dealing with team administration in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a range of busy people
