Job Title: Experienced Sales Manager and Trainer

At Accquis Group, we are seeking an experienced sales manager and trainer to lead our sales teams and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Train and develop sales teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Manage client relationships to build strong partnerships and drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management and training experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the HR, Marketing, Finance, or IT sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
