**Job Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Sales Manager and Trainer at Accquis Group in the UK. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as leading sales teams, training new hires, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the setup of a new Head Office for Sales and Marketing of Group in Insurance and Banking
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Experience in the HR, Marketing, Finance, or IT sectors is a plus

**Requirements**

  • Sales Management, Training, and Team Leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
