About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Engineer to join our talented engineering team at Oho Group. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and building our data platform, working closely with our Data Platform team and founders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data platforms using Python and AWS Redshift (or Snowflake, BigQuery etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes, data models, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Work with our Data Platform team to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an Analytics or Data Platform role
  • Strong Python programming proficiency and experience with SQL, relational, NoSQL, and graph databases
  • Experience working with AWS Redshift (or Snowflake, BigQuery etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management, and communication skills
  • Degree from top UK universities in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering)
