Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their employees via telephone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, their employees, and third parties
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with payroll staff to achieve KPIs
  • Maintain awareness of statutory regulations, including PAYE and NI
Requirements:
  • Good standard of education in English and mathematics, preferably with GCSE level A-C or NVQ 2 qualification in payroll or suitable experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team
  • Numerate and methodical with good PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
