About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Butlin's Team this summer as permanent contract members in our Buffet's department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with our guests, clearing tables, and preparing them for the next guests. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams.

No prior experience is necessary, and we'll provide you with all the training you need to succeed. Working alongside a fantastic team, we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to excel in your role.

About You

You don't need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

If you do have any previous experience, we'd love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and interact with lots of different people.

We operate our resorts during the week and on weekends, so you'll need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Please let us know your availability at the application stage, and we can discuss this further.
