Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical department with diligence and independent judgment
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Ensure transparent and strategic alignment with customer expectations and requirements
* Develop and maintain KPI's to monitor, maintain and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

* MSc in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
* Proven senior leadership experience in a technical management role within the chilled food industry for 5+ years
* Knowledge of HACCP (Level 4 minimum), BRC, and other food safety management systems including customer (retailer) standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Salary - circa \u00a3110k + car allowance + benefits.

You will be a trusted advisor on all Food Safety, quality, and technical matters related to the Cluster, and will be responsible for optimising value across the technical estate.
