Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and influencing operational management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and external audits.
- Lead internal and external audits, and proactive SHE improvement activities.
- Collaborate with site management to promote positive culture and safe working practices.
- Deliver the IMS to prove compliance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
- ISO Systems experience.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary, up to £50,000 + up to 16% pension, bonus potential, and 27 days holiday + bank holidays on top.
