Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data from various sources, producing weekly reports, and ensuring timely submission of relevant information.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and collate financial data from different sites and upload it to our internal system
* Produce weekly reports for management review and approval
* Communicate with site managers to ensure timely submission of financial information
* Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
* Manage invoicing and banking processes
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**

* Strong background in finance with a good understanding of financial processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Excel with experience in v-lookups
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £13-14
* 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours
* Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
* Free parking on site
