Everlight Radiology Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our Global CEO and Executive Management Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Global CEO and Executive Management Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Global CEO, Chairman, Group CFO, and EXCO, including correspondence handling, expense management, and policy management.
- Organize virtual and in-person events, including logistics and attendee communications.
- Assist in managing key projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders globally within Everlight to ensure alignment on cross-functional projects and tasks.
- Manage office supplies and budgets, and assist with ordering catering for all office functions.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, parking, and other office-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with country legislation and regulations, and coordinate with building management providers to ensure facilities are appropriate and well maintained.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage risk.
- Demonstrated ability to create and amend policies and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft office skills and ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make effective data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience in an office management role and experience in partnering with stakeholders to anticipate health & safety / office requirements.
Monday to Friday
This is a full-time, permanent position.
