Position Overview:
- Oversee daily operations of No.31 restaurant & bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Handle financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the success of the restaurant.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on menu planning and specials to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for food, creativity, and innovation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
