**Job Summary**

Danos Group is seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial institution, you will play a crucial role in managing credit risk and ensuring the stability of our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert advice on credit risk management, ensuring that our financial institution has robust standards, controls, and practices in place to mitigate credit risks.
  • Develop and implement credit policies, including credit review and approval processes, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the risk management team to identify and assess credit risk, and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Provide timely and accurate credit reporting, including credit portfolio performance, credit approval information, and early warning signals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit risk models, including internal rating models and credit scoring systems.
  • Ensure compliance with bank credit risk policies and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of credit risk experience in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of credit risk management principles.
  • Demonstrable experience in performing credit analysis for corporate customers, with a focus on credit risk assessment and mitigation.
  • CFA/CPA qualification is a plus.
