Job Title: Clinical Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to ensure that our nursing workforce is equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver clinical education programs to meet the needs of our nursing workforce
  • Collaborate with the Education Lead to develop and implement education strategies
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in clinical education
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical education programs
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a diploma or degree in nursing
  • Current Teaching and Assessing qualification
  • Improving Together training
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience at Band 6 level
  • Previous training and development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
