What We Seek in a Chef de Partie:

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or a skilled Commis Chef ready to advance their career. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for crafting high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Exhibit a commitment to delivering outstanding service through exceptional food.
• Show enthusiasm for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Actively engage as a hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Be eager to learn new techniques and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to innovate and execute new menu items and daily specials.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to manage food costs and labor effectively.
• Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and fostering growth through teamwork.
