Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Identify opportunities to increase portfolio sizes and add to business development
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Financial Management
- Manage the finances of the portfolio, including driving monthly billing targets and monitoring recoveries
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Team Development
- Organize and provide on-the-job coaching to team members
- Identify training and development needs and ensure they are facilitated
- Personal Branding
- Develop a personal brand that promotes the work and appeal of the service charge team
- Active involvement in creating and sharing content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve client service and efficiency
- Software Implementation
- Assist with the implementation and development of bespoke software across the internal team and clients
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of the software
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with sector technical updates and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified
- Strong accounting background, including reviewing work from colleagues
- Ideal experience working within an accountancy practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and methodical approach to handling workload
- Proficient in MS Office products, with in-depth experience and knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of service charge accounting an advantage
- Ability to learn and develop own knowledge
