Job Summary
The R&D Manager will lead the delivery of the nutrition strategy for Sweet Treats, driving innovation in response to changing consumer needs and external factors. This role will identify opportunities to enhance our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda through sustainable ingredients and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-performing R&D team, leveraging strong line management skills to drive agenda delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities in Ambient Cake, Patisserie, Confectionery, or Sweet Baked Goods.
- Lead the development of innovative products that meet consumer demands and contribute to our ESG goals.
- Manage and develop a team of R&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering R&D agendas through high-performance teams.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D, Nutrition, or Applications, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
