Senior Gameplay Systems Designer

Climax Studios is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Gameplay Systems Designer to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and taking ownership of core gameplay systems, working closely with the team and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for all features.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project vision and best practices are met.
- Develop and implement compelling and memorable moment-to-moment gameplay.
- Regularly play the game and provide suggestions and feedback.
- Experience working as a Gameplay Systems Designer on at least one published AAA console title.
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a creative team.
- A friendly, focused, and ambitious working environment.
