Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Office Angels. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Management: Manage the end-to-end pension finding process, ensuring seamless and efficient research and finding for customers.
  • Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct independent research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provider and Employer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to providers and employers to gather information and resolve any issues.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately record and communicate information to stakeholders, providing regular reports on process performance.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial, with a strong understanding of business operations and process management.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administration is desirable, with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous, with experience in using software to manage customer relationships and process data.
