Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team at 1PGR Services Ltd in Cambridge. As the first point of contact for all office requests, you will be responsible for coordinating meeting rooms, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the office is always tidy and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and maintain front door security.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate the meeting room calendar.
  • Maintain workplace policies and processes, ensuring they are properly implemented.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and building management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
  • Good IT skills.
