About the Position:

As a vital member of the Junior Management team, you will assist in the store's daily operations while ensuring exceptional standards of customer service within your designated area. Your role will encompass overseeing staff, maintaining shop floor excellence, and supporting daily managerial duties as instructed by Store Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure sales personnel comply with company appearance standards.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Apply visual merchandising techniques to enhance sales.
  • Train and nurture store staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail supervision is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
