Job Title: Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stock counters and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock counts on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 60 stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
Requirements:
  • A full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
