Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, with occasional travel to different client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to deliver accurate and timely stock counts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Implement and maintain accurate stock count procedures

Requirements:

  • A full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision

Please note that this role requires prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.
